It all started as a wholesaler but wait not JUST ANY wholesaler . I was an elite top of the line wholesaler ! I took it seriously, learned everything about it and hit the ground running. I now have different real estate business including a contracting business. So now I’m growing my wealth as a fix/flipper, buy/hold investor. Holding tax liens, tax deeds and learning more but it all started as a wholesaler finding those properties and getting them as deep discounts.
