I was born and raised in North Carolina. I love New Bern because of its proximity to the beaches. My husband and I love saltwater fishing. We currently have two long term rentals and three that we are renting out on airbnb. We love airbnb! It brings more cash flow and It's a lot of fun! We plan on continuing to purchase single family homes to rent on airbnb. Experience: In 2014 my husband moved out of a single wide mobile home and purchased a foreclosed single family home to fix and move into. We still rent out that singlewide today. In 2018 we purchased a double wide mobile home that we rent out long term. In 2019 we purchased two single family homes that we put onto airbnb. So far in 2020, we have added one more single family home on airbnb. Real Estate Goals: I would like to purchase more airbnb properties in order to generate enough income so that I could eventually quit working full time and spend more time with family. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family homes in the New Bern area with either a garage or some sort of bonus room that will hold a pool table. This fits our airbnb model. I am also open to purchasing a 4 or 5 bedroom home as a primary residence in order to rent the house I am in now.
