About myself
A rookie in the REI world with 2 years of accumulated knowledge through BP. Time to take some action while working my day job! Looking specifically for properties in the DFW locations. Beginning with Fix & Flips (under $120k purchase price) and hopefully leverage my capital in the future by acquiring rental properties to create cash flow all for a better future. I am 25 years old and have a handful of experience with drive, commitment, and always determined to reach my desires. I believe REI is a great foundation to reach my purpose in life. I am also always looking to network, shadow, and discuss real estate with experienced Real Estate Investors, specifically Out-Of-State investors. ** I am seeking properties in need of rehab, and looking to purchase from Wholesalers, PrivateParty/Investors, and REO's. in the DFW AREA **
