Hi, my name is Patrick Daniel and I run Maplehouse Home Investors and Maple House Multifamily with my wife Emily in Pensacola, Florida. We moved to Pensacola in 2016 to finish my naval service after 3 years in Rota, Spain and have built our flipping and multifamily real estate companies by creating valuable connections in the Pensacola and Mobile, AL communities.
