I am an electrician of 20 years. I went into business in 2008 for myself and the housing bust, busted me. I moved to the Omaha area after that and have continued working as an electrician to catch back up. I have been interested in real estate since and have read a few books and online guru sites to get nowhere. I am motivated and learn quickly. I already have experience in homes and contracting so I am ahead there. I play on the OTC markets and Forex so I understand risk/ reward fully and know a good deal when I see one. Also helps with analysis! I believe I am ready to do this! Just need those lenders to help me jump start. I have good income and saving for backup. I am in the process of rehabbing a trailer that I got for free. This has helped me to understand the importance of getting help with money and getting the job done quickly. I want to start flipping and with the money I make find some rentals. I have turned $400 into $3000 in less then a year in the stock market. I plan to continue this trend until I get to $25k and also do some day trading. My goal is to be financially independent and job free by age 50. I am 46 now.
