I am a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of CA as well as a real estate investor. I am interesting in all types of investing and love to educate myself on each of the subjects but where my interest really lies outside of rental properties (long term and medium term) is with foreclosures and house flipping. I work with other investors and wholesalers to provide transactional funding to help close deals.
