Patrick Olownia

Hello! My name is Patrick Olownia, am 24 and brand new to real estate investing. I currently work as a Registered Nurse and have always had a dream of one day going back to school to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. More recently, I have been introduced to the idea of Real Estate and Positive Cash Flow and have started to desire more knowledge in this particular field. A "1st year goal" I have established for myself is to purchase a MFH to live in and House Hack. I am an extremely motivated individual, that enjoys working out, reading personal development books, listening to podcasts and the idea of meeting/networking with others for the purpose of learning and growing. Looking forward to getting to know some of you in my local area and across the country!
