Some would call me a unicorn since I am one of the few people originally FROM Austin:) I am looking to build my real estate investing knowledge and network; specifically around buy and holds and possibly mortgage notes. My wife and I have three rental properties ( one in Austin and two in San Antonio). I have been self-employed for over 10 years (professional speaker/ author/bboy) so even qualifying for a home was a miracle! When not staring at this laptop I am probably out biking, swimming, dancing, eating at a food trailer or thinking about dark matter, dark energy, Goku, Godzilla or my next venture.
