Patrick Regan

It began with an early interest in architecture and design, the margins of my school notepads filled with sketches, that I entered college on the architecture track. In a decision influenced by the great recession, I graduated with a business degree. Fast forward a couple years and another degree, I began a career as a registered nurse. I purchased my first fixer-upper and began fixing and renting properties on my days off. My passion is buying run-down homes and transforming them. I have since purchased more properties and continue to expand and grow in real estate. When I am not being a nurse or working on real estate, I love to travel and 'live like a local'.
