Patrick Sieng has been a licensed real estate broker and Realtor since 2013. He earned a certificate in Real Estate & Property Management from Portland Community College in 2013 and his principal broker license in 2017. He owns Capitol Real Estate, with agents serving the Greater Willamette Valley and Portland Metro areas. Patrick is the executive director of the Northwest Real Estate Investors Association and Central Oregon Real Estate Investors Association, both local chapters of the National Real Estate Investors Association. He is also a licensed mortgage loan originator on the Zen Lending Team of XPert Home Lending.
