Patrick Scifres

My name is Patrick Scifres. I am 38 years old and from Marion, Arkansas, which is 15 minutes from Downtown Memphis, TN. I reside Downtown Memphis across from Bass Pro in the Pinch District. I have a 15 year old son named Colin who attends Christian Brothers High School. I graduated from Christian Brothers High School class of 1998 in Memphis, Tennessee. After high school, I attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where I studied Agricultural Economics and Marketing. I returned to Marion, AR after college and worked in the family business which is agriculture related. Wanting to try something new, I was employed by Regions Bank, then started my own company manufacturing home decor items. The company was successful until the downturn in the economy. Having grown up in Marion, attended CBHS in Memphis, and attended the University of Arkansas, I realized just how many connections I had made. Real estate seemed to be the perfect job, even though times were/are tough; I love my community and enjoy helping friends new and old when it comes to real estate.
