I work with a run a small in home fitness and wellness business and consult with a non profit planning outdoor adventures activities in our community. I have wanted to get out of the fitness business for a couple years now. I am tired of driving to people houses. You are never guaranteed a client will stay. It is such a roller coaster. I tried to go back to the corporate world and hated it because it was hard to work for someone and the company makes you feel guilty if you take a couple hours off to attend you kids school activities. I am also just know income is the way to go. 8 years ago I called my sousing that is in finance for the rich rich. I was thinking he wouldn't give me the time of day to ask him where I should invest my very little savings but to me it felt like I had a lot. Just not compared to the clients he works with. He told me I should put that money in Real Estate. He said but a Tri plex live in it for a bit and then rent the other units out until I build equity. Everything he told me seemed impossible. I was self employed, and husband on disability. Who will give me a loan. I just go off the phone said well the was no help. 8 years later some how the thought of real estate investing came back to my mind and just decided I have to do this! I have to figure it out! I read there are ways for people like me to get financing but now what is the best way to go. I am so excited to get my first investment rental property and scared at the same time but I am ready. I am very interested in becoming an investors in Rental Real Estate Investor! I hope to find good people that can give me insight on how to get started with very little money. I would love to find an honest mentor and willing to also help them in anyway I can.
