I have been a Realtor in the Grass Valley area for 19 years. I moved up to this beautiful area 20 years ago from the Bay Area. Worked for PG&E for 13 years before moving. My husband retired so we headed for the hills. Loving our new area so much, I knew I wanted to become a Realtor to share this area and help clients find their piece of paradise. Over the years I have built and designed four homes including three Spec homes and my own (using only subs). I have also refurbished top to bottom two homes. Doing this I realized how much I love working on building, design, and decor. Which fits with helping investors find deals that make sense with what Buyer's are looking for now. I have notes and trust deed investments, own a R-3 multi-family 11 home PUD subdivision parcel, (currently for sale), one Commercial rental and three Residential rentals. Some using my Roth and IRA accounts. I manage my own properties.
