Went through the headache of flipping my property 3 years ago and everything that could go wrong actually happened. All in all, I think it was an incomparable learning experience that no money can buy. My 2nd flip went smoothly and was sold 2 days after it hit the market. Experience: Flipped a house last year & trying to sell it. Would love to try wholesaling and do more flips a year.
