I've been working in the retail car business for 30 years. I've been at the same store since 2001. I love what I do but the hours are a grind. I had been thinking about getting into real estate for as long as I can remember but always found an excuse to not pull the trigger. Finally in 02/2017 I closed on my first property. I'm now working to learn and try to scale up. I'd really like to start getting into some multi family homes or mobile home parks to quickly build long term cashflow. Experience: I closed on my first buy and hold in February 2017, partnering with a life long friend. We completely gutted and rehabbed it ourselves. I am currently looking for my next deal. Real Estate Goals: I've spent the last 30 years in the retail car business. I would love to get to a point in my real estate career to be able to cut back on my hours, possibly taking the winter months off to go south. Spending August at Saratoga Race Course would work as well. Currently Seeking: I'm looking to do a few flips to help fund more buy and holds. Looking to continue learning by listening to and patterning myself after successful investors. Always interested in talking to individuals looking to fund or partner on deals or just help a newer investor stay on the right path.
