Paul Casanzio

Born and raised right here in Rochester NY, I grew up around real estate, watching my grandfather finish his legendary 70+ year career in real estate! After graduating from college with a major in accounting, a minor in business and my real estate license, I knew the right path forward. I house-hacked for my first property, met some great investors and mentors early on and the rest is history! Outside of real estate I was a collegiate athlete and am a huge Bills fan! I am always open to collaborating with other like minded investors & business owners!
