Timothy Pauldon

My name is Tim and although I am a licensed Real Estate Agent, I am a newcomer to the house rehabbing community! My journey on this path began in May of 2020 when I decided that I wanted to do something about the mental health and substance abuse crisis that was getting worse and worse with COVID-19. I really wanted to create beautiful, safe and affordable housing for those who need housing after medical treatment but before transitioning to living on their own; to create an environment that fosters the healthy habits needed to regain control over their struggles. I created the Faith Works Foundation non-profit that supports recovery related causes as well as Faith Works Recovery, LLC which is targeted at creating affordable rehabbed housing focusing on minority homeowners and under-serviced neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area. Faith Works Recovery, LLC also strives to build affordable transitional housing and educational centers for underserved minority communities. I’m very excited to learn more about the trade and make some great new connections!
