I have always known that real estate was the way to become wealthy, but thought the only way to get started was by having lots of money already. After recently attending a real estate workshop and reading a few books I now know I don't necessarily need to use my own money. I am here because I want to learn how to wisely use OPM to fund my real estate business and hopefully meet some new friends who can help along the wa .
