Pauline Jones-Baluski Assoc. Broker with Rutenberg LLC NYC I've have been in real estate for over 20 years, doing some of my own investing; with an entrepreneur spirit I tried a few businesses beside real estate, for 8 year I ran Fantasy Costume jewelry, online business and was a fashion designer with my own company, Good Times Sportswear owned a chain of seven boutiques, and manufactured and sold nationwide. I orginally wanted to be a writer and studied English Lit at Columbia University and did write a book called "Life on the edge"...about my precarious pursuits.
