I live in Vancouver Wa with my wife and 2 young boys. I’ve worked in residential construction +15 years and commercial TI construction management for 6+ years. My goal for years is to become a real estate investor using my construction background to build equity and cash flow. Been going down the podcast rabbit hole, just joined local REIA, and am looking to get as educated as possible. Looking to pull the trigger on first investment property in 2021.
