I started investing in real estate in 2021 with a small house in Fort Smith, AR. Since then I have seen this market's benefits and have purchased two additional houses. One is a long-term rental, and two are intermediate term-rentals, marketed primarily to nurses and USAF personnel who are in Fort Smith for the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS) for F-16 and F-35 pilot training. My 9-5 work is as a physician assistant in gastroenterology.
