Hi, I'm Paul MacInnis, I'm 42 and live in a small town in Nova Scotia. I am a full-time teacher but am actively growing my portfolio. I have 30 units currently after recently acquiring two new bulidings on the same day! I've started working with a great broker, and realtor. I hope to increase to 40 units in 2024 and in 5 years to have enough units cash-flowing to replace my salary. Experience: I own several rental buildings, I have 30 units in total and am actively seeking more mult-family buildings now. Real Estate Goals: I am using real estate investing as a method of long term wealth. I have a day job and am willing to grind in my days off looking for ways to reach my long-term financial goals through real estate. I recently met my goal of starting a company specific to real estate. I am now actively pursuing creative financing methods to continue acquisition of cash-flowing properties. Currently Seeking: I know that I need to become more active finding JV partners. REI is a tool that can be used by anyone to grow their wealth - actively or passively.
