Paul Olusola

I’m a software engineer building software systems for real estate businesses. I work across backend engineering, APIs, integrations, automation, data, and product development mainly around the messy parts of a business where people and software have to pass information from one system to another. My current focus is real estate, where I build systems around acquisitions, deal flow, lead management, underwriting, operations, and follow-up. I’m especially interested in the gaps between the tools businesses already use. A CRM can work perfectly. A property management system can work perfectly. An accounting system can work perfectly. But if someone still has to copy information between them, chase the next step, or remember what needs to happen next, the workflow is still broken. That’s the kind of problem I like solving. I build remotely with real estate professionals across the U.S. and share what I’m learning and building along the way.
