I'm in TV and film editing in Los Angeles. My wife is a freelance photographer, mostly working in the fine arts. Experience: My wife and our partner recently invested in a large MF syndication. This was our first and so far only real estate investment. Real Estate Goals: Short term: we plan on purchasing a small multi family investment property out of state (CA) sometime this year--2018. Also, plan on buying my first NPN. Long term: we are looking to build a MF buy-and-hold and Notes portfolio with the goal to replace my W2 income in 5-10 years. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking for small MF Buy & Hold properties in several different markets outside Los Angeles. I am also looking to buy non-performing notes.
