I've been investing for 25 years and recently transitioned into investing only. Was a general contractor, custom homes and remodeling. Experience: Bought my 1st property 31 years ago. I was a general contractor until 18 months ago when I quit and went full time into real-estate . Currently I own 64 doors consisting of single family, multi-families and Student housing at Miami and Ohio State Universities. Real Estate Goals: At this moment my objective is to get to 90 doors continuing with our mantra any property obtained must make a positive cash flow today. Looking for properties that are just good buys, I can fix them up, basically to BRRR them so I can keep as much investment capital ready and waiting to grab that next good deal. Currently Seeking: 1) Any property within a 20 minute drive of Lebanon Ohio 2) A property manager so I can expand my ownership area 3) A maintenance person or group 4) Rehab teams or individuals
