My wife and I have recently started looking for a new home, and have come across many homes that have been rehabbed very horribly, and are charging a premium price for the property. I would like to become a successful Real Estate investor and rehabber and to rehab a house with style. As of now I have no experience in RE, but after joining bigger pockets.com, i am hoping to learn everything i can and also to become a smart RE investor. My goal is to be financially and time free after ten years. I would like to have a net worth of two million after ten years.
