Paul Rush

Paul is a young, aggressive real estate investor born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. He began his career in 2010 when he worked construction during his summers in college. After graduating early from Mercer University with degrees in Business and Spanish, Paul started his own business buying and flipping houses. Since then, he has bought, rehabbed and sold over eighty properties. Paul is very hands on in the real estate business and possess great enthusiasm and a desire to continually learn more. Paul continues to buy and sell properties but has found his passion to lie in building and improving his management company, Augusta Rental Homes. His current real estate holdings include single and multifamily residential homes, office buildings and a self-storage complex. With this management company, Paul hopes to use technology and proven systems to provide great service to all of his tenants. Paul obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Augusta State University in 2014. He is a member of and has spoken at several local real estate investing groups. His passion is owning and operating multifamily properties and he one day hopes to own and manage properties across the Southeast.
