I started with the BRRR, found something that I could controle & then went all in. Currently focusing on all things Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) - I've done ground up real estate projects energy efficient fully electric smart homes. Which allows you to be off the grid even while on the grid without having to the grid agencies. Trying to put an ADU in every California homeowner's backyard. YIMBY in real life. Also looking at alley loaded infill developement opportunites and to leverage public bonds/grants/credits/opportunity zones, raising money you name it. Hoping to pass some knowledge on and gain some new friends on here.
