I am a Delaware native but I currently reside in Charleston, SC where I work full-time in the software industry. I own (2) downtown Charleston rental units which I manage today. I am currently looking to partner up on larger multifamily buy-and-hold investments whether local to Charleston or out of state. I am able to bring capital and borrowing power to the table.
