I'm a general contractor with many resources in the construction industry. I am the co-owner with my partner at MRN Contracting out of Loganville, GA. We specialize in insurance claims, roofing, siding, full rehab, and we have wonderful sub-contractors (licensed and insured) for nearly anything you could be looking for. I am here at BP because I'm looking to diversify my portfolio by fixing and flipping houses in the ATL area. Looking to learn the business model and then get into it whole-heartedly. I am also interested in owning multiple properties. Currently trying to figure out the most effective way to invest the money I have in the most profitable way possible. I'm open to different methods, but ultimately I'm here to discover what will work best for me. Wholesaling and fixing and flipping are going to be my two main focuses.
