Peter Dunne

I live in Northwest Philadelphia and have been involved design and the built environment since I launched my own painting and interior design company at age 17. In the time since, I have accumulated three architecture degrees, sold sustainable building products, managed 3000+ beds of student housing, served as VP of a large multi-family investment group, and most recently, sold a bunch of real estate. Despite my educational and business background, I am a neighbor at heart. There are few things that impact communities more than the design, management, development, and/or neglect of buildings and public spaces. I am all for building wealth through real estate, but I only partner with folks who want to build a legacy AND to be good neighbors in the communities where they invest. To that end, I am currently enrolled at Temple Law School, earning a JD/MBA so that I may better advocate for justice and build the skills/network necessary to launch my own mission-driven capital management group.
