I'm a newly licensed Washington Real Estate Broker but have lived in Vancouver for over ten years. In 2013 I BRRR'd my first duplex and learned a ton the hard way before discovering Bigger Pockets. I have construction and building experience so I don't mind getting my hands dirty but now I focus my time on the analysis side while lookng for that rare deal here in the 'Couve. I'm currently focused on the Hazel Dell and Minehaha areas but will gladly provide neighborhood analysis or walk-thru videos for remote investors.
