Hi! My dream has been to renovate, design and flip houses since 2007. Along the road, I have also added the ultimate goal of accumulating rental properties. I've finally discovered that this is an attainable goal and I just need to stop dreaming and start working. We currently have one rental unit we've had since 2013 but we are looking to gain more as part of our early retirement plan and funding kids college. We are both currently employed with 3 children. My hope is that eventually the income from the business will exceed our income. So here we go!
