Investing in RE for the last 2 years. Getting close to my initial goal of 20 rental doors. Experience in landlording and starting on flips as a side hustle. Still in my W-2 job but making plans to exit in 2019. Ultimate goal to have enough passive income through rentals and loans to choose to work or not on any given day.
