About myself
In 2014 I sold the day spa I founded and operated for 30 years. My husband Mark and I are moving from the Monterey Bay Area in California to the Carson Valley in Nevada in spring/summer 2016 and plan to start investing in real estate. Mark is currently in high tech sales but loves to rehab properties. We are new to real estate investing and landlording and are both in the "sponge" phase, soaking up new information. I'm also a fine artist (though I happily paint walls) and a freelance writer. We're excited about joining the other Cali expats in the Reno/Carson area!
