Penny Job

In the past I have had failed businesses and semi-successful businesses. I am ready to learn something new! I am 45 years old and although I like my job, I miss being self employeed. Also, I don't think my job will help me very much with my retirement goals. I am a new empty nester and we just learned that my husband is now unable to work full time due to health issues. I have thought alot about real estate investing in the past and have decided that now is the time for me to take the first step!
