Cesar Romero

Just starting in real estate investing but have a background in the mortgage industry. Currently have a full-time position on Wall Street but am aspiring to become a full-time property investor. Primarily focused right now on subject 2 transactions but am open to other forms of creative financing. My "turf" is concentrated in central New Jersey. Seeking to network with established professionals to learn the ropes. Would particularly like advice on marketing tactics. You're welcome to visit my web site: www.buymyresidence.org. Looking forward to the future possibilities!
