I am the owner of a small business valuation firm, Patuxent Valuation Group LLC. I grew up in Liverpool, New York which is close to Syracuse (go Orange) and lived/worked in NYC, Boston, DC and now Ellicott City, Maryland. My firm specializes in providing valuation services to owners of government contracting companies and their advisors for purposes of purchase price allocations, M&A, estate & gift, ESOP and stock option plans. We also have extensive experience valuing family limited partnerships owning real estate for HNW individuals and estates and have supported our work on behalf of clients under IRS audit.
