I am a part time real estate investor with a full time job, but would love to eventually focus on real estate. I work in education technology. Experience: I have grown my portfolio to 7 SFHs and 1 duplex, located in Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee and Arkansas. I am looking to expand in these areas, while looking at other locations that offer good cash flowing opportunities. I am a buy and hold long term investor and am looking to add 1-2 properties a year. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to build up enough cash flow to eventually leave full time W-2 work in the next 1-2 year (2026 is my goal). Currently Seeking: Now that I have some established locations and teams I am comfortable with, I am looking to continue to expand the portfolio, moving more into small multi-family (2-4 units) and am open to partnering with other investors as well.
