i have bought and sold about 60-70 units ( not buildings ) the largest was a package deal of 29 units at 3 locations and help paper for a 70% first mortgage . i i was going to retire , but got pretty bored so got into flipping mostly . i now have a friend /partner and we own about 27 units together and maybe another 40 units between us on our own .
