My name is Peter Firehock, and I am an acquisitions associate for BPG Holdings in Alexandria Virginia. BPG Holdings is a real estate private equity shop with 50M of assets under management, and I am currently helping our firm to add more properties to our portfolios. Our main focus is based around Multi-family and single-family properties in the I-81 Corridor, Richmond, Charlottesville, Northern Virginia, and D.C. Our strategy revolves around 7-10 year buy and holds, as well as fix and flips. We are also starting a fund for luxury short-term vacation rentals in Charleston SC, Outer Banks NC, Shenandoah Valley, and Florida markets.
