I'm 38 years old born and raised in Fort Wayne Indiana where I'm a full-time real estate investor/contractor. In 2019 I started flipping properties with a goal of 5 flips and owning 10 rental doors by the end of 2020. Today my business partner and I have purchased 25 rental doors and flipped 16 properties. Experience: -Completely rehabbed and house-hacked my first duplex acquired with traditional financing. After renting the second unit out and continuing to live in the other, I refinanced out of the original loan and into a VA loan at 90% loan to value. This garnered me enough cash at closing to then purchase two more properties (a duplex and single family). - Bought for dirt cheap a single family through tax sale - Second duplex purchased with AMAZING terms using seller financing - Since the end of 2019 to the present, my partner and I have rehabbed and flipped 16properties in the fort wayne market and are always looking for the next one. We currently own and self manage 25 doors with the plan of owning a minimum of 100 doors by 2025 Real Estate Goals: -Networking and getting to know as many active investors in my city as possible! -Investing in larger commercial complexes through syndication -Financially independent through passive income from rental properties by 2025 Currently Seeking: - Syndication mentors -Joint ventures...deals where my partner and I provide all the boots on the ground from acquisitions, rehabbing, project management, and bookkeeping. -Sellers of multi-unit properties or SFH that need work and have equity in them
