As of June 2022, I became a corporate refugee and all in for REI. I am a partner in our new REI business, Harmony Quest LLC. Our primary focus is on home rehabs with some planned growth into buy and hold and short term rentals. I have been a slave to the corporate grind for 25+ years. Though I made a great salary, it has taken me 20+ years to get there. When my wife and I retire, we will barely get by so we have changed our focus to RE. We are in our late 40's and committed to focusing on building some long-term retirement income. I grew up in a construction business where I learned many aspects of the trades and have hands on experience with building 3 different homes from the foundation up. I have owned, run, and sold a painting and handyman business. I enjoy this work and have spent a lot of my logistics career doing this work on the side.
