I live in South Windsor CT, married with one teenage daughter. I am the President of consulting firm that provides quality assurance/quality control services to the energy conservation programs for the Connecticut Utility companies. We renovated that condo and lived in for a few years. When we moved out of the condo into a house, we kept the condo as a rental. A few years later started buying distressed two-family properties to renovate and hold. Ended up somewhere along the way getting my real estate license. Got sick of being a landlord and sold everything in the early 2000's. I have been involved in many real estate transactions over the years. My day job back then was working for a municipal consultant. I inspected, specified, and managed over 1,000 rehabilitation projects on residential, mixed-use, town parks, and commercial properties. I now have a successful business with great coworkers that provide inspection services for the energy conservation programs in Connecticut. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to invest in multi-family in the southeast and build a team to syndicate larger deals.
