I began investing in real estate by purchasing a SF home in Saint Paul during my last year of vet school, for myself and my classmates to live in. Since then, I have replicated this process a few times and currently have two SF properties in Saint Paul, and one in San Antonio. Although I am passionate about my "day job" as a veterinarian, I love the idea of being able to do pro bono work as well as conservationism, without having to worry about finances. I am currently living in Florida and looking to expand into the local market, as well as scale up to MF units.
