My wife and I have been investing in multi-unit family rentals in the Madison and surrounding area for the last 7 years. My wife is a licensed realtor and I've been doing HVAC for the past 10 years. I also have a fully insured construction company side buisness that is mainly focused on commercial flat roofs present day. I have done everything from new kitchens and remodels to decks, windows, roofs, plumbing and electrical. We specialize in turning a good deal into a great deal creating value in new purchases through renovations all done in house for a fraction of the cost. As we've grown our rental portfolio, so has our family. In recent years I've looked to delegate more work. I'm looking to make connections with other local investors and contractors to share ideas and free all of ourselves from the "rat race"
