I started my real estate career raising capital with Dave Van Horn at PPR Note Co. During my time at PPR, I learned the ins and outs of the non-performing loan industry, built the foundation for success in real estate investing, learned what it takes to manage investment funds, purchased my first rental property, and helped hundreds of accredited investors purchase notes and invest in note funds. In September 2019, I co-founded GSP REI, a vertically integrated, single family–focused real estate investment company. Since then, we’ve transacted more than 200 homes and currently manage around 150 doors across PA, NJ, and MD. We’ve also expanded into residential land development with the launch of our affiliate, Hallowfield Development. Our management team brings over 21 years of experience entitling and developing new residential communities for national and regional homebuilders. We manage a series of 506(c) fund offerings that provide accredited investors consistent monthly cash flow and tax-advantaged growth. Since launching, we’ve been proud to pay consistent monthly distributions to our investors.
