After 20+ years, I left the corporate 9-5 grind at the end of 2017. Have a wife and kids and would love to spend more quality time with them. Live in the Denver suburbs and now work full time on my real estate business!! Have two SFR in Arizona, a duplex and a SFR in Lubbock, TX and a couple of duplexes in Cleveland! ***SEE UPDATE BELOW*** UPDATE - Moved to the beach and am now desperately trying to get out of the RE biz. I now am down to 3 soul crushing properties - I've learned the hard way that, for many reason, this business is not for me. Experience: Purchased our first two rentals in 2016 in AZ. Since then, I added a duplex and a SFR in Texas. I've also added another duplex Cleveland in 2018 - added a second duplex in "the LAND" just recently!...All now sold.
