I am a tax accountant in Miramar, FL. I have been watching the real estate business for years but have not taken the plunge on any investment property. My neighbor has several rental properties and we have decided to work together by forming a partnership (LLC) and enter the investing/flipping market. My nephew is 20 yrs old and is also interested in RE investing so I want to have him come along for the journey. We decided to put some time in creating a pipeline for deals by doing the road signs, driving the neighborhood, networking with probate attorneys, etc. He and I will wholesale whatever properties that we cannot flip.
