I have a good W-2 income and am looking to scale back my work hours by replacing that income with rental properties. Experience: 4 years as a landlord. LP on 2 different syndication deals since Summer 2021. Real Estate Goals: My ultimate goal is to diversify my investments and create cash flow so that I can retire in the next 20 years.
